Return Policy Page

**1. Application for Returns/Refunds**

1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, a Buyer may apply to return a purchased item ("Item") and/or for a refund before the expiration of the Amazon Prime Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms of Service.

1.2 Amazon Prime Guarantee is a service provided by Amazon Prime, upon a User's request, to assist Users in resolving certain conflicts that may arise during the course of a transaction. Users are encouraged to communicate with each other privately to resolve any differences or to seek assistance from their relevant local authorities to overcome any disputes before, during, or after using Amazon Prime Guarantee.

**2. Application for the Return of an Item**

2.1 A Buyer may only apply for a refund and/or return of an Item under the following circumstances:
*   The Item has not been received by the Buyer;
*   The Item was defective or damaged upon delivery;
*   The Item received is incomplete (e.g., missing quantity or accessories);
*   The Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.);
*   The Item delivered is materially different from the description provided by the Seller in the product listing;
*   The Item received is counterfeit**;
*   The Item received has physical damage (e.g., dented, scratched, shattered);
*   The Item received is faulty (e.g., malfunctioning, does not work as intended);
*   By way of private agreement with the Seller, and the Seller must send their confirmation to Amazon Prime; or
*   Change of mind*.

*The Change of Mind return policy applies only to certain product categories and is restricted to specific Sellers.
**The counterfeit item return policy applies only to Amazon Prime Mall sellers.

2.2 The Buyer's application must be submitted via the Amazon Prime mobile app.

2.3 Amazon Prime will review each Buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the application is successful.

2.4 Please note that if required by Amazon Prime, the Buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by Amazon Prime within ten (10) calendar days after the return request is submitted.

2.5 The approval of any request for a refund and return shall be made by Amazon Prime in its sole discretion. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Amazon Prime's decision is final, conclusive, and binding, and covenants not to bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Amazon Prime or its affiliates regarding such a decision.

2.6 If the Buyer has initiated legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may provide formal notification from the appropriate authority to Amazon Prime to request that Amazon Prime continue to hold the purchase funds until a formal determination is made. Amazon Prime will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue holding such funds.

**3. Rights of Preferred Seller**

3.1 If you are a Preferred Seller, you should have received separate written notification from Amazon Prime informing you of your selection to participate in the Amazon Prime Preferred Seller Program. If you decide not to participate in the program at any time, please inform Amazon Prime in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to continue your participation and consented to the terms of this Refunds and Return Policy. Amazon Prime may, at any time and at its sole discretion, suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the program.

3.2 Amazon Prime's determination to approve a refund or return of an Item pursuant to Section 2 above is binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply and take all necessary actions to give effect to a Buyer's request for a refund or return approved by Amazon Prime.

3.3 For any approved refund or return request, Amazon Prime will notify the Preferred Seller by email ("Email Notification") and arrange for the delivery of the returned Item to the address provided in writing by the Preferred Seller to Amazon Prime, provided such address is within the country where the Item was listed for sale on the Site (a "Local Address"). If the Preferred Seller fails to provide a Local Address or otherwise fails to accept delivery within a reasonable period (as determined by Amazon Prime), Amazon Prime reserves the right to dispose of the Item as it sees fit, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to it. The Preferred Seller must notify Amazon Prime within seven (7) days of receiving the Email Notification ("Notification Period") if the returned Item is not received. Failure to notify Amazon Prime within the Notification Period shall constitute conclusive evidence of acceptance of delivery, and the Preferred Seller agrees not to make any claims or raise any disputes regarding such Item.

3.4 Notwithstanding the above, Amazon Prime may, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine that an Item approved for refund or return shall not be returned to the Preferred Seller, in which case the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to such Item.

3.5 For any refund or return request rejected by Amazon Prime, where the relevant Item has been received by Amazon Prime, Amazon Prime will arrange for the delivery of such Item to the relevant Buyer's address.

3.6 Where Amazon Prime approves any refund or return request, the Preferred Seller may appeal the decision by contacting Amazon Prime and providing supporting evidence. If Amazon Prime upholds the appeal, it will disburse all or part of the purchase funds to the Preferred Seller. The Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Amazon Prime's decision on the appeal is final, conclusive, and binding and covenants not to bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Amazon Prime or its affiliates regarding such decision.

**4. Rights of Ordinary Sellers**

4.1 For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy, "Ordinary Sellers" are Sellers that are neither Mall Sellers nor Preferred Sellers.

4.2 When Amazon Prime receives an application from a Buyer for the return of an Item and/or a refund, Amazon Prime will notify the Seller in writing. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's application according to the steps provided in the written notification. The Seller must respond within the timeframe stipulated in the notification (the "Stipulated Period"). If Amazon Prime does not receive a response from the Seller within the Stipulated Period, Amazon Prime will assume the Seller has no objection and will proceed to assess the Buyer's application without further notice. Amazon Prime will review each Seller's response on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine the outcome of the Buyer's application.

**5. Condition of Returned Item**

5.1 To ensure a smooth return process, the Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary accessories, is returned to the Seller in the same condition as it was received upon delivery. We recommend that Buyers take a photograph of the Item upon receipt.

**6. Liability for Return Shipping Fees**

(a) In cases of an unforeseen error from the Seller's end (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect Item delivered), the Seller will bear the return shipping fee.
(b) In cases of the Buyer's change of mind, the Buyer must obtain the Seller's consent prior to the return request, and the Buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
(c) In cases where the Seller and Buyer dispute who is liable for the return shipping fee, Amazon Prime will, at its sole discretion, determine the liable party.

**7. Refunds**

7.1 The Buyer will only be refunded after Amazon Prime receives confirmation from the Seller that the returned Item has been received. If Amazon Prime does not receive such confirmation from the Seller within a specified timeframe, Amazon Prime may, at its discretion, refund the applicable amount to the Buyer without further notice. The refund will be issued to the Buyer's credit/debit card or designated bank account, as applicable.

**8. Communication Between Buyer and Seller**

8.1 Amazon Prime encourages Users to communicate with each other should any issues arise in a transaction. As Amazon Prime is a trading platform, Buyers should contact Sellers directly regarding any issues related to purchased Items.
